Tips for Smooth Arrival

To ensure a smooth arrival in your chosen destination, please share your arrival details, including flight number, date, time, and port of arrival, with our representative at least one week prior to your departure! Be sure to contact a representative of MedDentAbroad in time, otherwise, without our representative at the airport, you will be deported back to your country according to the rules and regulations of the immigration authorities of Malta and Bulgaria. Predeparture Briefings are a very important part of your successful and easy arrival so please do not ignore this opportunity! Always stay in touch with us so we can react quickly and on time.

Note that we notify the Migration Service of Malta and Bulgaria in advance by sending them an official letter about your arrival, which expedites the immigration procedures. The Border Service at the airport will verify the presence of our official representative mentioned in your letter during passport control. Parents, kindly remind your children to keep all their documents and money in their hand luggage during the journey to avoid misplacement. It is crucial that students bring along all the original documents previously sent via email, as well as the payment check for the complete first-year fee!
